Terms and Conditions for bet6 — Philippines

1. Eligibility

To use bet6, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming law.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local laws.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of bet6 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, and not on behalf of another person or as an agent.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bet6 or had your account permanently closed by bet6 for a violation of these Terms.

bet6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended or closed and any pending withdrawals held pending review.

2. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active account on bet6. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Accurate Information Required

When you register on bet6, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement, is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet6 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone else. bet6 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your login details secure.

For sports betting markets on bet6, results are determined based on official competition outcomes as reported by the governing body of each sport. In cases of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets may be voided and stakes returned according to bet6's specific sport rules which are available in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet6. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account for yourself or others on the bet6 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors for financial gain instead of reporting them to bet6 support.
• Collusion with other players in card games or any other competitive format available on bet6.
• Money laundering or using the bet6 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during account verification.
• Allowing another person to use your bet6 account, including family members using the same device without separate accounts.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or bet6 staff through any platform channel.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

bet6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bet6 will attempt to contact you before taking any action on a dormant account.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, bet6 will communicate with you via the email address on your account within a reasonable timeframe. Legitimate balances will be returned following the conclusion of any investigation, except where forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bet6.im. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be processed to your registered payment method upon closure, provided the account is in good standing.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bet6 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, services, or applicable regulations. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
